These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Avero Money mobile application (“App”). By accessing or using Avero Money, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Avero Money

Avero Money is a personal bookkeeping application designed to help users record income, expenses, budgets, and understand their personal financial information.

Avero Money does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or professional advice.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum legal age requirements applicable in your location to use Avero Money.

By using the App, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• Providing accurate information

You are responsible for all activities performed through your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the information you enter into Avero Money, including financial records and notes.

Avero Money may provide AI-powered features.

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated responses may contain errors.
• AI output should not be considered professional financial advice.
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated information before making decisions.

6. Premium Features and Subscriptions

Avero Money may offer paid subscriptions or premium features.

Subscriptions may be purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Subscription terms, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the applicable platform’s policies.

You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your device’s app store settings.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal purposes
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the service
• Reverse engineer or modify the App
• Abuse AI features or other services
• Upload harmful or unauthorized content

8. Intellectual Property

Avero Money and its associated software, design, trademarks, and content are owned by or licensed to Avero Money.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the App without permission.

Avero Money is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will always be available
• Information will always be accurate
• AI-generated results will be error-free

You use the App at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Avero Money shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Avero Money if users violate these Terms or misuse the service.

You may stop using the App at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Continued use of Avero Money after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
